With over 29 years of international commercial experience, Fernando is a senior sales leader and business development executive specializing in market expansion, channel development, and strategic account management across the US, Europe, and Latin America. He has worked with global companies such as Philip Morris, Kraft Foods, Nike, and Hilti, leading growth initiatives, managing key accounts, and building high-performing sales teams.

As an entrepreneur and consultant, Fernando founded Panamerican Expansion Partners, where since 2019 he has helped companies across industries—including FMCG, construction materials, robotized retail, apparel, food, franchising, and real estate—successfully expand into new markets and scale sales operations throughout the Americas and beyond. Known for his strategic mindset, emotional intelligence, and hands-on execution, Fernando partners with companies to design winning go-to-market strategies and deliver measurable growth.

Fernando holds a BS in Business Administration, an MBA from the University of Florida, and advanced training in retail management, franchising and other areas. He is fluent in Spanish and English, with conversational Portuguese and French.
